Plants, our nutrients, are already feeling the full impact of this climate change, and wine--France's celebrated national beverage--has not been spared. Soon, higher alcohol levels, changes in flavor and a sharp rise in diseases of the vine could threaten an age-old skill and entire way of life. Thankfully, when it comes to saving the contents of their wine cellars, there is no end to the imagination of humankind!
